At SRC Crafters 4 Charity VB, we are dedicated to using our crafting skills to make a positive impact in our community.

Through our passion for creating beautiful handmade items, we support various charitable causes and organizations.

Join us in making a difference through creativity!

Note: We are open to all, free to the public.

We enjoy doing all kinds of crafts.

Sewing, Knit, Crochet, Card making, bookmark designing, and anything else. 

Or just hanging around for fellowship and laughing. 

The Senior Resource Centers Crafters for Charity Group was started in September 2022.
We are a community of informal Crafters, from experienced to novice.

Wishing to share love and care to people and pets in our community

with one handcrafted item at a time.

Our meetings are monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month*, at 10 am and are located
at the Senior Resource Center at 912 Princess Anne Rd Virginia Beach, VA 23457.
A majority of our supplies are donated by Volunteers  as well as the

Communities of Virginia Beach/Chesapeake/North Carolina Community.

*Our Meetings take place regardless if it is a Federal holiday or not.

Our Monthly Meeting format, Casual and Informal.

Effective July 2026 we will now be holding alternate workshops.

Nightingale Ministry card workshops & Bookmark workshops. 

Senior Resource Center Crafters for Charity VB Group has a small station at the Senior Resource Center.

Anyone can take, borrow, use anything on the table, patterns, books, fabric, thread, yarn,

patterns to make items for charity. We also take donations of crafting items.

The Building is open from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Thank you to everyone that has supported our group, helped, sewn, knitted,

crocheted, crafted and everything else.

We just want to make our community better one handcrafted item at a time.
